7. I only see mold in my basement, why should I treat my entire house?
By treating your entire house, it will allow our process to eradicate mold everywhere, including in the air ducts. We always recommend treating the entire house because of all the added benefits, but ultimately it is the customer’s decision.
8. Will it clean my air ducts?
While our service can sanitize your home, floor to ceiling, wall to wall and including air ducts, we are not cleaning them. If mold is in your air ducts we do recommend installing a HEPA filter after service or having your air ducts cleaned by a professional.
